Bridging the Gap Between Government and Citizens

A 2020 NSO survey found that ~50% rural and ~65% urban households were not aware of major schemes. Digital illiteracy, language barriers, lack of last-mile outreach were among the many causes for this. While the government has launched over 1,500 schemes (e.g., PM-KISAN, Ayushman Bharat), awareness and accessibility barriers prevent crores of deserving beneficiaries from claiming benefits.
